        You've landed in Buenos Aires, where your Northern Argentina tour begins! Our friendly team will meet you at the airport and take you to your comfy hotel.

        The rest of the day is all about you. Relax at your hotel or go out and discover Buenos Aires at your own pace. Stroll through San Telmo's charming streets filled with tango rhythms, or explore Recoleta's history. Take a leisurely walk in Palermo Parks, a green paradise.

        Buenos Aires is a food lover's dream. Try mouthwatering steaks at a local parilla or sample empanadas and mate, Argentina's famous tea.

      • Day 2 Buenos Aires unveiled - Exploration and Tango Magic

        Begin your adventure in Buenos Aires with a guided tour. Visit Palermo, known for its green spaces and embassies; Recoleta, with its elegant architecture and exclusive Alvear Avenue; and San Telmo, the traditional tango neighborhood. Then explore La Boca and the colorful Caminito, located near the Boca Juniors stadium.
        Just 30 kilometers from the city, you’ll discover Tigre. Stroll through its riverside residential areas and enjoy a three-course lunch with a drink at María Luján Restaurant. Afterwards, embark on a shared one-hour boat tour through five rivers of the Paraná Delta (Luján, Carapachay, Angostura, Espera, and Sarmiento), passing historic rowing clubs, the Sarmiento Museum, island homes, schools, and churches.

        In the evening, enjoy an authentic Milonga Night. Begin with a private tango lesson to learn the basic steps, then head to a local milonga with your expert guide. There, you'll dance alongside locals, savour empanadas, and learn about the unique customs and codes of traditional Argentine tango.

      • Day 3 Gaucho Adventure- Embrace the Heartland of Argentina

        Today in the morning, we venture beyond Buenos Aires for an enriching exploration of Argentina's rural essence in the serene Pampas.

        Escape the urban hustle and enter the "cradle of tradition" - San Antonio de Areco. Here, you'll discover a world that stands in stark contrast to the bustling city. Areco is steeped in the legacy of the gauchos, symbolised by the silver treasures they wear, reflecting their deep-rooted heritage. The town's artisans, renowned for their craftsmanship and reverence for tradition, provide a glimpse into Argentina's living history.

        Our adventure continues at a family-owned Estancia, where history and authenticity converge. Encounter over 70 friendly "criollo" horses, inviting everyone from novice riders to seasoned equestrians to connect with these magnificent animals. Whether riding like a gaucho, exploring the grounds by carriage, or simply bonding with the horses, the Estancia's pastoral setting whispers tales of days gone by.

        At the Estancia, savour a mouthwatering barbecue, slow-cooked over wood, and experience the true flavours of Argentine free-range beef.

        As we return to Buenos Aires, you'll carry a richer understanding of Argentina's customs, history, and the genuine warmth of its people. Or, perhaps, you'll relish a well-deserved siesta, content from the hearty beef and wine that graced your day.

      • Day 4 From Buenos Aires to Salta

        Today marks your journey from the vibrant city of Buenos Aires to the enchanting Salta.

        Discover Salta’s most iconic attractions, beginning with the historic Cathedral and the resting place of General Güemes, a revered national hero. Immerse yourself in the region’s artistic and cultural heritage at the Cultural Center of America, and explore the Historical Museum of the North (Town Council), where sacred art and the stories of Salta’s traditional families come to life.

        Visit the beautiful San Francisco Church and the peaceful San Bernardo Convent. For sweeping views over the city, ascend to San Bernardo Hill. Pay tribute to history at the Battle of Salta Monument, then enjoy a leisurely walk through the picturesque 20 de Febrero (February 20th) Park.

        Beyond the city, discover the subtropical oasis of San Lorenzo, celebrated for its unique microclimate. Conclude your day at the vibrant Artisan Market, where talented craftsmen from across the province showcase their original creations.

      • Day 5 Cachi Exploration

        In the morning, embark on an adventure to Cachi, located just 3 hours from Salta, Cachi is a picturesque town nestled in the heart of the Calchaquíes Valleys. The trip begins in the Lerma Valley until reaching El Carril, continuing to Chicoana. We enter the Quebrada de los Laureles (Laurel’s Gorge) and then the Quebrada de Escoipe (Escoipe Gorge). We arrive at El Maray and begin the ascent of Cuesta del Obispo (Bishop’s Cliff), a winding road that offers panoramic views of the Enchanted Valley and small houses surrounded by cornfields and fruit trees. At Piedra del Molino (The Mill’s Stone), we reach 3,384 meters above sea level; the highest point of the journey. We then cross Los Cardones National Park along the straight Tin-Tin Road, an ancient Inca trail. Upon arrival in Cachi, we enjoy panoramic views of the Nevado de Cachi and Payogasta. In town, we visit the Archaeological Museum and the Church. We arrive to Cachi and drop off at your hotel.

      • Day 6 Journey to Cafayete

        We set off in the morning and continue our journey along Route 40, taking in the breathtaking mountain scenery and picturesque towns. Following the course of the Calchaquí River, we travel through historic villages including Seclantás, Molinos, Angastaco, San Carlos, and Animaná. After approximately 5 hours on the road, we arrive in Cafayate by late afternoon, where we will spend the night.

      • Day 7 Calchaqui valleys to Salta

        In the morning, we visit a selection of local wineries to enjoy the flavours of the region. After a wine tasting experience in a shared tour conducted in English, we enjoy lunch before bidding farewell to Cafayate and beginning our scenic return journey to Salta.

        Our route takes us through the stunning Quebrada de las Conchas (The Shells’ Gorge), where centuries of wind and rain have sculpted remarkable rock formations. Highlights include the impressive natural amphitheater and the Devil’s Throat, both striking examples of nature’s artistry.

        As we continue, we travel through the picturesque Lerma Valley, a region known for its charm and diverse landscapes, before arriving back in Salta in the late afternoon.

        Note: In the morning, we visit some local wineries. After lunch, we return to Salta through the Quebrada de las Conchas (The Shells’ Gorge), stopping to see its striking rock formations sculpted by wind and rain, such as the Amphitheatre and the Devil’s Throat. We return to Salta after crossing the Lerma Valley.

      • Day 8 Journey To Salinas Grandes - A High Altitude Adventure

        Our day begins with a departure from Salta, travelling along the route of the iconic Tren de las Nubes (Train to the Clouds) through the breathtaking Quebrada del Toro. As we ascend, we'll reach an elevation of 4,080 meters above sea level. Our journey leads us to the town of San Antonio de los Cobres, where we'll pause for a well-deserved lunch break, surrounded by the serene Andean landscapes.

        Continuing our adventure along Route 40, we'll arrive at the mesmerising Salinas Grandes, situated on the border between the provinces of Salta and Jujuy. Here, we'll have the opportunity to soak in the incredible vistas and capture memorable photos of this natural wonder.

      • Day 9 Humahuaca & El Hornocal Adventure

        Early in the morning, you will be picked up at Pristine and we will head north towards Humahuaca, venturing into the heart of the Quebrada. We begin by arriving at the charming Pueblito de Purmamarca, where the Cerro de los Siete Colores (Hill of Seven Colors) unfolds before us in a breathtaking display of natural artistry. Our journey continues as we pass through the historic Posta de Hornillos, onward to the town of Tilcara. The path leads us to Huacalera, where we cross the Tropic of Capricorn and are treated to the vibrant colours of the Pollera de la Colla hill. In Uquía, we visit the Church adorned with the striking paintings of the Arcabuceros Angels, a significant relic of the Cuzco school. Our next stop is Humahuaca, known for its significant Cathedral and the Monument to Independence (El Indio) sculpted by Soto Avendaño. Here, you'll have some time for a leisurely lunch, amid the cultural charm of the town. Post-lunch, our journey leads east along Provincial Route 73, revealing the fertile Coctaca valleys. A pause allows us to savour regional coca tea, followed by a climb to 4,200 meters above sea level. Here, we're rewarded with breathtaking panoramic vistas of the multicoloured Hill of the Serranía del Hornocal. These sweeping views offer an unparalleled understanding of the region's geography, a truly unique attraction that deserves to be explored.

        Then retun to Salta and drop off at your hotel

        Today, we bid farewell to Salta and venture to the tropical paradise of Puerto Iguazú.

        Your day begins with a private transfer from your Salta hotel to the Salta Airport. Upon arrival at Puerto Iguazú Airport, our friendly English-speaking guide will be there to welcome you. From there, you'll be seamlessly transferred to your hotel, where the evening unfolds at your leisure.

        Your day kicks off with a private excursion to the Iguazú Falls, where you'll have the opportunity to explore three distinct circuits and catwalks, each offering a unique perspective of this natural wonder.

        Lower Path: This path offers front-row views of the rapids and falls, allowing you to get up close to the mesmerizing cascades.

        Higher Path: For an adrenaline rush, stand at the very edge of the falls on this cliff-point outlook. It offers breathtaking panoramic vistas and is less physically demanding.

        Devil's Throat Path: Your journey continues with a stroll along the winding catwalk, encircling the islands and culminating in expansive balconies that provide unbeatable views.       • Day 12 Iguazú to Buenos Aires - Falls and city transition

        Begin your day with a visit to the Brazilian side of Iguazú Falls, where you'll have a chance to admire panoramic views of this natural wonder. In the Brazilian National Park, you'll embark on a 1-hour, 1000-meter easy walk, starting from Das Cataratas Hotel and concluding at the canyon of the Devil's Throat. Along this path, you'll witness the falls, which stretch almost 3 kilometers in length and feature 270 cascades. The immersive experience allows you to soak in the beauty and power of this remarkable natural wonder.

        Following your visit to Iguazú Falls, we'll ensure a smooth transfer to either Foz Do Iguazú Airport or Puerto Iguazú Airport, depending on your flight arrangements. You'll then board your flight to Buenos Aires, where you'll be warmly welcomed by our English-speaking guide upon arrival to transfer you to your hotel.
